Adaptonic is a US-based, family-owned supplement company. Over several years, I supported the business across branding, e-commerce, documentation, and digital systems — helping streamline operations and strengthen its presence.

I built a Square e-commerce site with 200+ products. Square was chosen as the most cost-effective and workflow-friendly platform for a small business in the US. The new store created a sustainable, easy-to-manage digital sales channel.
I led the rebrand, introducing a clearer structure by dividing the product range into distinct lines. I sourced the original designer for the project, then took over label design after her departure, working within her original template in Illustrator. I also managed all UPCs to ensure retail readiness.
To centralize product data, I built an Airtable database to manage SKUs, UPCs, and catalog metadata. I also created and maintained wholesale catalogs, safety data sheets, and an internal product database (with retail/wholesale prices and UPCs), while managing secure storage on Proton Drive to ensure consistency and accessibility.
I launched an email newsletter and ran seasonal and product-launch campaigns. I also contributed to product naming (including Sun Drops and Zinc Ultra) and produced marketing materials to support sales.
