TEAconf is the international conference dedicated to Triple Entry Accounting (TEA). My work ranged from establishing digital infrastructure to producing content, organizing internal data, and leading outreach to the wider community.

The TEAconf website was entirely redesigned with a restructured information architecture to make complex theory accessible while positioning the conference as a credible, international platform. The CMS is organized into collections for authors, papers, TEAtalks episodes, and application areas, allowing content to scale coherently. By categorizing TEA’s applications and creating clear navigation pathways — including jump-to navigation that doubles as a page overview and tiled layouts for scannability — the site enables both newcomers and experts to explore the field effortlessly and intuitively.
Additionally, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager were implemented alongside Cookiebot, ensuring full GDPR compliance and accurate event tracking across the site. This infrastructure also lays the groundwork for future Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Alongside the website, I produced TEAtalks, a video podcast hosted by Rhian Lewis. My role included contributing to questions, managing production, handling recording and editing, and publishing the episodes on Vimeo and YouTube.
I designed a multi-table Airtable system to track contributors, papers, events, and all digital and physical expenses. With clear role divisions, category-based views, and interface dashboards, this created a structured foundation for planning, coordination, and finance that continues to support the project.
